Work attitude shows an employee’s feelings toward their job. People who fulfill their desires and needs in the workplace are the most productive. A determined employee with a positive attitude strengthens the entire team.

Exceptional/Superior:

  1. Edward always looks happy in the workplace.
  2. Olivia maintains a positive attitude whenever she communicates with clients.
  3. Jennifer strives to create a healthy working environment for her subordinates.
  4. Ronald demonstrates a positive attitude in every single aspect of his work.
  5. Arthur is very committed to the company, which results in his high performance.
  6. Portia has a good fit with her job.
  7. Christopher has made a ton of friends in the workplace.
  8. Robert manages stress by staying away from conflicts and taking time to recharge.
  9. Elaine is determined on completing the job the best way possible.
  10. George remains optimistic about his work under any circumstances.

Exceeds Requirements/More than Satisfactory:

  1. Jennifer seems to be completely satisfied with her job.
  2. Tabitha successfully inspires teammates to perform at their best.
  3. Susan likes to participate in team-building events with her colleagues.
  4. Monica claims that she enjoys working in our company.
  5. Harry is always determined to complete his job no matter what.
  6. Bruce easily withstands workplace challenges without losing his nerve.
  7. Janet cultivates a habit of gratitude in the workplace. She is thankful for others regardless of their positions.
  8. Ingrid is willing to meet the deadline whatever it takes.
  9. David has a very cheerful attitude. He has no workplace conflicts whatsoever.
  10. Nathan thinks positively even when facing serious workplace challenges.

Meets Expectations/Satisfactory:

  1. Harry always shows up at work on time.
  2. Benjamin has never seemed annoyed or frustrated in the workplace.
  3. George only takes personal calls during breaks.
  4. Aaron does not miss opportunities to appreciate his colleagues for excellent work.
  5. Quentin has never raised his voice when working in teams with colleagues.
  6. Paul let his subordinates celebrate birthdays to cultivate a friendly work environment.
  7. Xavier does not let emotions affect his productivity.
  8. Linda avoids complaining and negative thinking in the workplace.
  9. Valerie is always nice to customers and other employees.
  10. Michelle is ready to take responsibility when it is needed.

Provisional/Needs Improvement:

  1. Sometimes Gregory takes personal calls right in the office.
  2. Rachel cannot find a common ground with some of her coworkers.
  3. Cindy does not like communicating with our customers.
  4. Michael is not interested in improving his productivity.
  5. Jennifer gets extremely stressed when dealing with challenging workplace issues.
  6. Olivia fails to maintain a friendly attitude with frustrated clients.
  7. Ellie does not understand the importance of the company’s policies.

  10. Robert demolishes morale to the other employees through his negative attitude.

  2. Harold fails to establish a positive work environment among his subordinates.
  3. Monica complains every time she stumbles upon a workplace problem.
  4. Nigel is a troublemaker with a bad attitude who sets a bad example for other employees.
  5. Bruce never acknowledges other people’s work. He takes it for granted.
  6. Janet often quarrels with both customers and colleagues.
  7. Olivia is gossiping in the workplace, which negatively affects morale and dismantles teamwork.
  8. Sometimes David behaves overly aggressive towards the other employees.
  9. Rebecca quickly loses motivation when encountering challenging tasks.
  10. Steven cannot handle a positive attitude in times of stress.
