  7. Olivia talks too much about the disadvantages of our products and services.
  8. Michael is not interested in the industry trends that might affect the way customers use our goods.
  9. Rebecca cannot answer even the simple questions regarding the basic features of our products.
  10. Gregory is not aware of the customer feedback about the company’s offerings.
