Ability to meet goals is exceptionally important for any employee regardless of their position.

Exceptional/Superior:

  1. Maria never lets any obstacles to stop her from achieving the objective.
  2. Jennifer sets herself personal development goals and achieves them.
  3. George easily fulfills even the hardest work objectives.
  4. Jack strives to get the promotion. He achieves more goals than any other member of the team does.
  5. Peter is able to identify the best path to the utmost completion of his goals.
  6. Scarcity of resources does not stop Valerie from achieving goals. She effectively manages them for the best outcome.
  7. Lucy successfully creates efficient plans that help her meet any goal.
  8. Olivia has never failed any tasks given by the boss. She works toward the positive outcome.
  9. Leonard is an amazingly purposeful person. He is always determined to achieve the objective.
  10. Jeremy is always focused and motivated for the completion of the objective.

Exceeds Requirements/More than Satisfactory:

  1. After setting goals, Rachel creates useful action plans to achieve them in the best possible way.
  2. Janet is the brain of the team who has led her subordinates to achieving numerous goals.
  3. Whenever given an objective, David sequentially performs tasks from the action plan to achieve it.
  4. Elliott has improved his discipline and time-management skills by following goal-setting plans.
  5. Despite the lack of resources, Paul tries his best to achieve the team goals.
  6. Harry always understands what he needs to achieve and makes everything he can to make it possible.
  7. Bruce disciplines himself to consistently stay on track in order to achieve objectives.
  8. Nadia sets additional goals that support other plans and objectives of her team.
  9. Arnold often manages to exceed work plans set by the team leader.
  10. Michael puts as much effort as he can into achieving the most important objectives.

Meets Expectations/Satisfactory:

  1. Emma sets achievable goals and consistently fulfills them.
  2. Robert does not lose the inspiration even though he failed some of the objectives last year.
  3. Emma meets deadlines for the majority of the team goals.
  4. When Linda feels that she cannot achieve the goal in time, she is not afraid to ask for help.
  5. John sets adequate goals that are neither too hard neither overly easy to achieve.
  6. Paul sets SMART goals for his team that effectively stimulate progress and development.
  7. George has not failed work goals for over six months.
  8. Trevor rarely loses motivation to work towards achieving the goals.
  9. Rebecca fulfills objectives most of the time.
  10. Even though Abigail has failed some of the goals, she is learning from her shortcomings.

Provisional/Needs Improvement:

  1. Quentin takes credit for the achievements of other employees.
  2. Edward easily loses inspiration when working toward achieving difficult goals.
  3. Arthur does not consider challenges he might face when setting goals. Because of that, he often fails to achieve them.
  4. Sometimes Michael is not really sure what exactly he is aiming to achieve.
  5. Angelina is very passive. She does not put much effort into meeting her personal goals.
  6. Trevor does not like to leave his comfort zone. He does not set himself challenging goals.
  7. It seems that Elsa does not care about her career. She never tries to overfulfill goals.

  9. Thomas does not realize how to motivate employees to meet the company’s goals.
  10. Ingrid is bad at setting goals for her team. Her subordinates are not developing much.

Unsatisfactory:

  1. Mark cannot achieve goals even with plenty of resources.
  2. Oliver refuses to put much effort into achieving the company’s goals.
  3. Robert sets goals that are too easy and ineffective.
  4. Aaron sets terrible goals that are either impossible to achieve or do not offer any challenge.
  5. Benjamin does not understand the importance of goal setting. His team is the least efficient in the department.
  6. Marta lacks discipline to achieve the company’s goals.
  7. Jennifer is afraid to ask for help when she needs it. She has failed many work goals because of that.
  8. Terry fails to focus on the most important objectives.
  9. Clive does not even try to eliminate his weaknesses. He must start setting his personal goals.
  10. Portia quickly loses motivation. Any obstacle can stop her from achieving the goal.
