Appearance is the major factor affecting what other people think about us, because this is the first thing they see when meeting us. Aside from wearing proper attire at work, following the rules of hygiene is another essential factor, which contributes to our overall appearance. Employees taking care of their clothes, hair, and wearing a good perfume may be more successful in finding a common language with their clients, as well as building and sustaining good relationships with other employees.

Such employees:

  • wear tailored and neat clothes and use grooming which does not conflict with the company’s regulations

  4. He forgets to regularly wash his clothes, which after a while start giving off an unpleasant odor.
  5. Her blouse is so transparent that other people can easily see her underwear beneath.
  6. He does not take care of his hair, which often grows long and looks greasy.
  7. The way Maria dresses does not comply with the company’s dress code.
  8. Louie’s appearance is untidy.
  9. Jessica often forgets to wash her clothes.
  10. Samantha wears too much makeup around the office.
