Cooperation is a decisive factor to the efficiency in working, it also becomes an integral part of the organizational culture.Therefore, recruiting staff members who can work cooperatively with others is very important task of the employer.

Exceptional/Superior:

  1. Terry has created a highly-cooperative team that sets high standards for other teams to follow.
  2. Bill is excellent at promoting cooperation throughout the organization. He has built a team-oriented environment in the company.
  3. Barak successfully cultivates the team spirit in the company. He is a role model for every employee as he always puts ‘we’ before ‘me’.
  4. Randy can form effective teams because of his excellence at any project.
  5. Jonathan is able to convince even most stubborn people to cooperate with him.
  6. Natalie is able to coordinate numerous work teams at once.
  7. David is open to correction from both his colleagues and management in order to improve himself and achieve the goals of the company.
  8. Jack is truly concerned about the company’s mission and demonstrates an unrivaled willingness to work in concert with others.
  9. Greg is a vital part in our team. He helps boost the productivity of everyone and is able to take any team up a notch.
  10. Brian is focused on the common goal and does his best to ensure it has been achieved.

Exceeds Requirements/More than Satisfactory:

  1. Julia enthusiastically does whatever she is assigned to and even performs tasks or jobs that are not under her responsibility.
  2. Danny is such a thoughtful person; he always cares about other people’s feelings and is ready to offer help whenever possible.
  3. Fred inspires his coworkers to work and encourages them to enjoy working environment around them.
  4. Inga regularly organizes staff meetings to foster a cooperative work environment.
  5. Sue effectively delegates tasks in order to accomplish the tasks on time.
  6. Richard always provides his subordinates with timely feedback.
  7. Jennifer holds respect for her colleagues and willingly shares her knowledge with them for the overall respect of any project.
  8. Sam effectively collaborates with others to finish projects on time.
  9. Greg encourages people to work together to achieve common goals.
  10. Lenny understands clearly that completing projects requires team efforts, so he is always willing to help others when needed.

Meets Expectations/Satisfactory:

  1. Jane has created a climate of teamwork in the company; moreover, she establishes rapport with every employee.
  2. Julia is a proven team player as she is always there to assist others in their times of need.
  3. Isabella successfully helps individual workers to start working together in order to satisfy deadlines and work effectively as a team.
  4. Janet works well with all her coworkers, managers, and members of other teams.
  5. George effectively connects his staff members together to complete tasks on time.
  6. William is considered a precious asset to our company because he can work effectively with other teams and departments.
  7. Rachel often volunteers to help other members of the team.
  8. Cassandra actively works with other employees and freely shares her thoughts.
  9. Arnold cooperates with employees from other departments for the benefit of the company.
  10. Susan is always available when her colleagues needs her to complete the task.

Provisional/Needs Improvement:

  1. Kyle does not share crucial information with co-workers because he fears that he will be marginalized.
  2. Jennifer is a too cautious member. She feels so afraid of confronting with work challenges that she always needs assistance from others.
  3. On the one hand, Tim seems to be very helpful. However, sometimes it is too much – he does not know when to say “no” to a request.
  4. Bill is too focused on his individual tasks. He rarely pays attention to others.
  5. Harry’s interests often conflict with the team interests, which is clearly an uncooperative attitude.
  6. In Fred’s opinion, his workplace is not a team-oriented environment. He mainly wants to “go it alone” on projects.
  7. Jim is unable to resolve conflicts within his team and rarely provides his colleagues with any support.
  8. Lenny does not want his staff to help other departments. She ignores any requests for help from them.
  9. Walter is reluctant to assist others in their times of need.
  10. Henry is not interested in improving workplace teamwork.

Unsatisfactory:

  1. Jeremy is insensitive to the needs of his colleagues.
  2. Richard does not allow his staff to help other departments.
  3. Jeanne often turns out to be the last person who offers any assistance to the others.
  4. David does not energize the team; on the contrary, he is inflexible and unwilling to cooperate.
  5. Janet is considered an ineffective team-member as she cooperates only sporadically.
  6. Quentin is not willing to cooperate and is fairly unlikely to change his views.
  7. Jeremy is inflexible and quarrelsome, which makes it difficult to interact with him during the working process.
  8. Other employees do not like to ask Clark for help because he tends to ridicule them.
  9. Marta is not able to bring her subordinates together.
  10. Emma fails to find a common language with coworkers.

Most jobs require cooperation, which can be shown in various forms. Cooperation may be the simple action when you share information with colleagues at the office or help them do their assignments.

  1. I think that setting mutual goals, where all involved have a say in what to do and how to do it, promotes cooperation and good outcomes. When people do a self evaluation and discuss it with their team mates is the best way to do evaluations.
